ESPRESSO DRINKS

**To make hot beverages, microwave a 1-2 fl. ounces of espresso for approx. 10 seconds and follow the beverage proportions.

COLD ROMAN "CLASSIC" MACCHIATO
2 oz. Espresso
1 oz. Foamed Half & Half
Our classic and all time favorite! 

COLD ROMAN CON PANNA
2 oz. Cold Roman
Dollop of whipped cream
Pour espresso over a short rocks glass filled with ice. Top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and serve.

COLD ROMAN MEDICI
2 oz. Cold Roman
1 oz. Chocolate syrup
Using a shaker, combine chocolate sauce, a strip of fresh orange zest (or dash of orange extract), and shake. Add desired dairy/non-dairy and serve!
 
COLD ROMAN BAMBINA
2 oz. Espresso
2 Scoops Vanilla gelato/ice cream (1.5 in. diameter or 1 large scoop)
This is a virgin version of our "Primadonna". Combine all ingredients in a blender, blending till smooth. Pour in a short glass, garnish with cocoa powder, and serve!

COLD ROMAN LATTE
2 oz. Cold Roman
6 oz. Frothed Milk
The 1:3 ratio produces a drink that's very faint, where you taste little Cold Roman. The 2:3 ratio is more rich, especially when cold. The 2:3 ratio is much better.

COLD ROMAN CAPPUCCINO
2 oz. Cold Roman
2 oz. Milk
2 oz. Foam
Pour milk with some excess into a container with a lid. Shake vigorously until frothed. Once frothed, spoon 2 oz. of foam on top of the espresso, followed by 2 oz. of milk.


COLD ROMAN AMERICANO
1 oz. Cold Roman
2 oz. Hot water
Combine both ingredients in a glass filled with ice.

COLD ROMAN RED & BLACK EYE
Red eye:
2 oz. Cold Roman
6 oz. Brewed coffee
Pour coffee over ice and add 1 shot of Cold Roman for a red-eye or 2 shots for a black-eye.


MIXED DRINKS & COCKTAILS

NUTTY ROMAN
1 oz. Stoli Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Frangellico
1.5 oz. Cold Roman
1/2 oz. Half & Half
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup (Optional)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and enjoy!
 
COLD ROMAN PRIMADONNA
2 oz. - Cold Roman Espresso
1 oz.-Vodka
2 Scoops - Vanilla gelato/ice cream(1.5 in. diameter or 1 large scoop)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour into a small glass, garnish with a dash of cocoa powder, and serve.
 
COLD ROMAN BUZZ
1.5 oz. Bourbon
3/4 oz. Cold Roman
1/2 oz. Angostura Amaro
1/2 oz. Heavy Cream
2 Dashes Bitterman’s Mole Bitters
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Sip. Clean the house in record time.

COLD ROMAN CHARIOT
2 oz. - Bourbon
1 oz.- Cold Roman
1/2 oz. - Lemon juice
1/2 oz. - Orange simple syrup
1 dash - bitters
Shake serve in a martini glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.

COLD ROMAN CASK
2 oz. - Cold Roman Espresso
12 oz.- Beer (Preferably Wheat or Ale)
2 oz. - Whole Milk
Pour beer into a pint glass and top with two shots of Cold Roman espresso/to taste, for a rich and refreshing espresso taste!​
 
COLD ROMAN MARTINI
2 oz. - Cold Roman Espresso
1 oz.- Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. - Cream Liquor (Magnum or Baileys)
1 oz. - Kahlua
Shake, serve in a martini glass, and garnish with 3 coffee beans.

COLD ROMAN CLASSIC MARTINI
2 oz. - Cold Roman Espresso
1 oz.- Vodka
2 oz. - Whole Milk
1/2 oz. - Simple syrup
Shake, serve in a martini glass, and garnish with 3 coffee beans.

COLD ROMAN MAGNUM
2 oz. - Cold Roman Espresso
2 oz.- Magnum or Baileys Cream Liqueur
Mix ingredients and pour over ice in a low ball glass.

COLD ROMAN CLASSIC MARTINI
2 oz. - Cold Roman Espresso
1.5 oz.- Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1.5 oz. - Rum Chata
1.5 oz. - Heavy cream
Shake and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and a lady finger.

2 oz. - Cold Roman Espresso
2 oz.- Rum Chata
Mix ingredients and pour over ice in a low ball glass.
